White s.r.l. (hereafter White) knows well how important privacy and its fundamental principles dictated by Directive 95/46 / EC, by Law 675/96 and Legislative Decree 196/2003. This document describes the types of personal data we receive and collect when we use the White services, as well as some of the measures we take to protect this data.

This communication provides a summary of the highlights of the White  Privacy Policy, which details privacy practices that are applied to White products, services and websites.

What are the personal data and other data that we collect

  • White collects personal data, that is, information that you provide to us and identifies you personally, such as your name, your e-mail address, or other data that may reasonably be connected to such data data from Google when you register to access a White service, when you use an online presentation invitation code or when you provide this information voluntarily.   • We may use personal data to provide the services you have requested, including the display of personalized content.
  • We can also use personal data for control, research and analysis purposes to manage and improve White technologies and services
  • When we use third parties to help us process your personal data, we ask that third parties to comply with our Privacy Policy and any necessary confidentiality and security measures.
  • We may also share information with third parties in certain special cases, such as in case of legal proceedings, in order to avoid fraud or imminent damage, and ensure the security of our network and our services.
  • We do not share data collected with third parties outside White for other purposes such as advertising or marketing

What are your choices

  • Whenever this is reasonably possible, we offer you the opportunity to choose when we ask you to provide us with your personal data.
  • You can refuse to provide us with your personal data and / or refuse to receive cookies on your browser, even if it is possible that in some cases some functions or services will not work properly.

Information security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data from any unauthorized access, modification or disclosure or destruction. These measures include internal controls on our methods of collecting, storing and processing data as well as data and physical security measures to protect from any unauthorized access the systems on which we store your personal data. Access to your personal data is limited to employees, White  employees, who need to know such data to manage, develop or improve our services. White treats personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with these Rules and any privacy policy for a particular applicable service.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the processing of personal data is accurate, complete and current, but we depend on our users regarding the possible updating or correction of their personal data.

Access and update of personal data

When you use White services, we strive in good faith to provide you with access to your personal data and the ability to correct incorrect data or delete data that is not required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Each user is asked to identify himself and to indicate which data he wants to access, correct or delete before the request is processed and we can refuse to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, which require a disproportionate technical effort, which compromise the privacy of others or that could be difficult to find (for example requests regarding information stored on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case, when we grant access and correction of data, we offer a free service. Some of our services have different procedures regarding access, correction or deletion of personal data.

Rights of the interested parties

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or the correction, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
