The Lumix GH5, is characterized by the 6K photo option, which means greater definition by extrapolating a photograph from the video recording.

- 4K mode with 60 frames: obtaining a resolution of 8 megapixels.
- 6K mode with 30 frames: obtaining a resolution of 18 megapixels.
